Refund/Return Policy

✦ RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Apparel exchanges will be charged a shipping cost.

All apparel is shipped directly from my manufacturer and may arrive before or after other items in your order. 


✦ IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT

Please send me an email to lostandfineart@gmail.com to report the problem and add a picture of the item. We will do our best to replace the item.
